Social Fitness Membership

Tehama Fitness Center offers World Class Amenities

Monterra® residents are offered Social-Fitness Membership opportunities at the exclusive Tehama Golf Club.

One of the West's most prestigious communities has added a state-of-the-art amenity to its panoramic setting high above Carmel Bay. Tehama, home to the private Tehama Golf Club, opened its multi-level fitness center offering members numerous indoor and outdoor spaces for social interaction, dining, swimming, tennis and the latest in exercise classes and equipment. Social Membership is offered to each Monterra property owner, subject to the current initiation fee and dues. The Monterra® and Tehama communities are neighbors, adjoining each other at the top of the ridgeline and sharing easy access to this exclusive facility.

Covering more than four acres, the Tehama Fitness Center is equipped with top-of-the-line cardio and strength training equipment and free weights, a recreation-sized lap pool as well as children's pool, tennis courts and locker room facilities. In addition to sporting areas, the Fitness Center features spacious gathering areas for meetings, parties and community-oriented events.

Members also have social privileges to the exclusive Tehama Golf Clubhouse with an inviting saloon and gourmet dining room.

There is an initial membership fee and monthly dues. Social membership does not include play on the private Tehama Golf Club. Golf membership is by invitation only. Please inquire about membership status for the property you are interested in.
